Diet for a month belongs to the category of low-calorie. The main purpose of the diet is the reduction of appetite in the right frame. You are offered two menus (“A” and “b”) that you want the menu to alternate between them every other day.

Diet for a month. Day one through seven:

Option “A”: stale bagel and 200 grams of warm milk with a spoonful of honey;

Option “b”: a piece of black bread, sprinkled with parsley and a Cup of tea.

Second Breakfast (diet for a month):

Option “A”: two sandwiches with rye bread, thin layer of butter and lettuce, a Cup of tea;

Option B: 10-12 salted radishes average, stale bagel and 200 g of yogurt.

Option “A”: a portion of boiled fish with horseradish, 2-3 boiled potatoes sprinkled with herbs, green salad, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice;
