Women’s secrets.

 

Diet for a month belongs to the category of low-calorie. The main purpose of the diet is the reduction of appetite in the right frame. You are offered two menus (“A” and “b”) that you want the menu to alternate between them every other day.

Diet for a month. Day one through seven:

Option “A”: stale bagel and 200 grams of warm milk with a spoonful of honey;

Option “b”: a piece of black bread, sprinkled with parsley and a Cup of tea.

Second Breakfast (diet for a month):

Option “A”: two sandwiches with rye bread, thin layer of butter and lettuce, a Cup of tea;

Option B: 10-12 salted radishes average, stale bagel and 200 g of yogurt.

Option “A”: a portion of boiled fish with horseradish, 2-3 boiled potatoes sprinkled with herbs, green salad, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice;

Option “b”: a portion of thick vegetable soup with green peas, a portion of boiled lean beef, 2-3 small potatoes, fruit salad with lemon juice and sugar.

Option “A”: 200 g of tomato juice with a biscuit or 2 fresh tomatoes;

Option “b”: 200 g of fruit juice with biscuit or fresh fruit.

Option “A”: 200 g low-fat yogurt, two sandwiches of black bread with a thin layer of honey and parsley;

Option “b”: 200 grams of milk with a little sugar, two slices of challah, dried in the oven, and spread with a thin layer of honey.

Diet for a month: menu from the eighth to the fourteenth day:

Variation “A”: 200 g vegetable or fruit juice with one biscuit;

Variation “B”: one piece of black bread with honey and a Cup of tea with milk.

Second Breakfast (diet for a month):

Variation “A”: two slices of black bread with a small amount of butter and cheese and a glass of tea;

Variation “B”: two small pieces of brown bread with boiled meat and two tomatoes, a Cup of tea.

Variation “A”: two meat patties, salad of fresh carrots, a glass of jelly.

Diet for a month or menu from the fifteenth to the twenty-first day:

Option “A”: a small piece of black bread with honey and a Cup of coffee;

Option B: biscuit and 200 grams of milk with honey.

Second Breakfast (diet for a month):

Option “A”: a soft-boiled egg, radishes, a slice of black bread with butter and 200 g of yogurt;

Option B: two sandwiches with two slices of lean ham and two tomatoes, a Cup of tea.

Option “A”: steak, fried without anything, spinach with sour cream and 200 g of juice;

Option “b”: 200 g of broth, a portion of rice with sautéed mushrooms, baked two Apple.

Option “A”: fresh fruit and biscuit;

Option “b”: fresh fruit and biscuit.

Option “A”: a portion of cottage cheese, 200 ml of milk and a stale bagel

Option B: a small piece of bread with cold beef, a Cup of tea and one fresh Apple.

Diet for a month or menu with the twenty-second through twenty-eighth day:

Option “A”: biscuit with honey and a Cup of tea;

Option B: 200 ml of milk with butter and black bread.

Second Breakfast (diet for a month):

Option “A”: two slices of black bread with butter and low-fat cheese, two fresh Apple;

Option B: two boiled eggs, stale bagel with butter and tea, fresh Apple.

Option “A”: boiled chicken with vegetables, two tablespoons of mashed potatoes, green salad and jelly;

Option B: 200 mg of broth without fat, baked beans in tomato sauce, two boiled potatoes with herbs, one fresh Apple.

Option “A”: 200 grams of carrot juice and a biscuit;

Option B: one Cup of coffee and one biscuit.

Option “A”: 200 g low-fat yogurt and stale bagel;

Option “b”: radishes and two slices of black bread with liver pate.
