Preparation:

Pour the chocolate into cups, top with whipped cream.

Hot chocolate Chilean-

1 liter of milk

100 g dark chocolate

whipped cream

red pepper

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the chopped dark chocolate, gently stirring until a homogeneous mass.

Pour the chocolate into cups, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with red pepper.

Peppermint hot chocolate

1 liter of milk

100 g peppermint or ordinary dark chocolate

a few leaves of peppermint

marshmallows

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the chopped chocolate and gently stir until a homogeneous mass. If there is no mint chocolate, drop it in the boiling milk for a few minutes a sprig of fresh mint. Before adding the chocolate, take it out.

Pour the chocolate into cups, top with a marshmallow cubes and mint leaves.

Hot chocolate Mexican

1 liter of milk

400 g dark chocolate

½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ Teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the chopped chocolate and gently stir until a homogeneous mass.

Before serving, add vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
