Diet “brown rice”

 

We need to eat three servings of unrefined brown rice (1 serving equals 60 g of dry rice), vegetable broth without limitation, mineral water and herbal teas – no limits, 100 grams of fruit or dry fruit, 300 to 400 g of vegetables, 1 tablespoon unrefined olive or coconut oil, a bit of natural vinegar.

After waking up you need to drink a glass of mineral water without gas or herbal tea (Linden, chamomile, mother and stepmother, horsetail, birch, mint).

Vegetable broth is prepared as follows: cut into cubes 300 g of vegetables:

carrots, leeks, celery, a small onion, a small potato, a bit of cabbage and any other vegetables, a teaspoon of oat flour, i.e. ground “Hercules”. Pour the vegetables 1 liter of water, bring to boil and cook on slow fire for about half an hour. At the end of cooking or in prepared, but the hot broth, add the herbs (parsley, dill, rosemary, chives, thyme, Basil). Drain, cool under the cover, put in refrigerator. The broth can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3-4 days and can be frozen in individual portions. Before use, the broth can be slightly diluted with water.

For the filling of vegetables to use only high quality vinegar and unrefined olive or walnut oil.

One of the main conditions: between meals drink plenty of fluids – water, mineral water, green tea, herbal infusions, fresh fruit or vegetable juices.

The program duration: minimum 3 days, maximum 9 days.

The optimal time of the week.

Day 1.

Breakfast: an Apple, a serving of brown rice with a small amount of grated lemon zest and a few drops of lemon juice. Lunch: vegetable broth, salad of lettuce or celery stalks with green onions, seasoned with vinegar and olive oil, rice with herbs, seasoned with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with carrots and zucchini, or celery root, steamed.

Day 2.

Breakfast: an orange, a portion of rice with a small amount of grated orange peel and 1 teaspoon of sour cream.

Lunch: vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and a portion of rice.

Dinner: vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and a portion of rice.

Day 3.

Breakfast: pear and rice, sprinkled with cinnamon. Lunch: vegetable soup, cucumber salad (dressing – the same as on the first day), rice with 150 g fresh mushrooms, peeled, sliced and fried in olive oil. Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with broccoli, steamed.

Day 4.

Breakfast: fruit salad with 1-2 tablespoons of rice cereal, rice with milk or cream.

Lunch: vegetable broth, radishes with leaves of green salad, rice with carrots, steamed.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds.

Day 5.

Breakfast: rice with grapes or raisins and 1 teaspoon of grated almonds.

Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with lots of greens and steamed vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons green onions and 2 tablespoons of grated celery root or parsley; spinach, steamed.

Day 6.

Breakfast: rice, 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1 to 2 figs and 1 pear.

Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with raw vegetables (cucumber, sweet peppers), mint and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with 1-2 apples, cut into thin slices, 1 tablespoon of cream or sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

Day 7.

Breakfast: rice with Apple and pear, cut into cubes, seasoned with a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey; 72 boxes of yogurt. Lunch: vegetable soup, green salad, rice with 1 tomato and green beans, cooked in steam.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with zucchini, cooked for a couple, with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 5 olives.

Cleansing diet Liv Tyler

This diet rejuvenates the body, as it actively removes toxins and waste products.

The main goal of this diet is to give your body a chance to rest from fatty foods.

The program duration is a minimum of 2, maximum 3 days.

The optimal period – 2 days.

Day 1, fruit.

Breakfast: medium sized bowl of fruit salad (grapefruit, orange or tangerine, pineapple, Apple slices and a few grapes), herbal tea or mineral water.

Second Breakfast: half a small melon filled with fruit salad (citrus, kiwi, fresh figs, grapes), herbal tea and plenty of mineral water. Dinner: same as lunch. Before bed: banana and a Cup of chamomile tea.

Day 2, vegetable.

Breakfast: a glass of carrot or any other vegetable juice, seasoned with salt and black pepper; 4 large tomatoes, grilled and seasoned with salt, pepper and spices; herbal tea.

Second Breakfast: a large portion of green salad of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, green onions, celery, green beans, bell peppers, seasoned with salt, black pepper and lemon juice; herbal tea and mineral water.

Lunch: steamed vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach or cabbage, seasoned with salt and pepper; herbal tea or vegetable juice, for Breakfast. Dinner: salad of cucumber and tomatoes without oil and mayonnaise, herbal tea, mineral water. A little bit of cooked cauliflower without oil.

Day three, optional.

Mix the elements of the first and second days.

Dietitians explain:

To conduct a cleansing diet, should be carefully prepared.

– First of all, stock up on fruits, vegetables and mineral water.

– In the house you have to be a juicer – have to make natural juices. Juices from shops’t fit. They contain preservatives and other harmful substances, from which we are going to get rid of.

– Black tea have to replace the green or any herbal tea.

Leave the state of purification of the body should gradually and carefully.

– Within three to five days you can eat meat and dairy products only in very small amounts (not more than 50 g per day).

– For lunch and dinner, be sure to cook rice dishes, gray pasta, bran.

– In the middle of the day, you should eat more raw vegetables in between meals – drink mineral water and herbal infusions.

Dietitians suggest that you:

– Before you clean your body, consult with your doctor.

– On the diet do not plan any activities that require a lot of effort.

– Be sure to drink at least 2 litres of mineral water per day.

Pros cleansing diet:

Helps to hold a “spring cleaning” and a serious cleaning of all internal organs. Helps to get rid of cellulite, which is caused by the accumulation of toxins in the body. Lasts only a few days, gives a feeling of freshness and vigor. Solves all the problems with disorders of bowel function.

Cons of cleansing diets:

Not designed for prolonged use to lose weight.

Can cause severe headaches, a sure sign that the body gets rid of toxins (the same way a man is suffering from a headache during a hangover).

Requires the abandonment of traditional ways of life: it is unlikely that you will have the strength and desire to play sports or dance the night away.

To keep myself in good shape, it is necessary to repeat this diet every few months.

Attention! Detox diet can not be observed more than 7-9 days: during it the body does not receive all necessary for life substances.
