1. Classic hot chocolate
Ingredients: chocolate — 40-60 g; milk — 2 cups; sugar — to taste.

2. Hot chocolate with rum

Mix in one container milk, cream and rum, and bring to a boil, immediately remove from heat and melt in this hot mix chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth and pour into a warmed bowl.
3. Mexican hot chocolate
Ingredients: milk — 400 ml; chocolate — 40 g; cinnamon — 3 sticks; vanilla extract — 1 tbsp.
In the same saucepan heat the milk, chocolate, and cinnamon until the chocolate melts. Then remove the cinnamon sticks and add the vanilla to the mixture. Whisk until foaming.
4. Hot chocolate in Spanish
Ingredients: milk — 2 cups; dark chocolate (grated) — 60 g; cinnamon (ground) — 1 teaspoon without top; 1 egg yolk; sugar — 1 incomplete teaspoon.
Whisk the yolks in a small amount of milk. Separately, heat the remaining milk and pour into it the grated chocolate, add sugar, cinnamon, and heat the whole lot, not forgetting to stir. At the end add the previously beaten egg yolk.
5. Hot chocolate with spices
Ingredients: chocolate (bitter) — 2 tablespoons; sugar — 1 tablespoon; milk (average fat) — 2 cups; cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg — to taste.
Pour half a Cup of milk, add chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and put it on 5 minutes in the oven. Until the mixture is heated, stir it 2-3 times that the chocolate is completely melted. After — add to the mix the rest of the milk and leave in oven for another 7 minutes.
6. Austrian hot chocolate
Ingredients: chocolate (chopped) — 100 g; zest of 1 orange; cinnamon (ground) — ½ tsp; Milk — 1.5 cups; cream (thick) — 4 tablespoons.
In a small saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate, orange zest and ground cinnamon 3 tbsp. spoons of milk. When the chocolate has melted, add in the mass of the remaining milk and bring to a boil. Pour the prepared chocolate in a bowl and place on top of each serving spoonful in advance of whipped cream.
7. Hot chocolate Montezuma
Ingredients: chocolate — 100 g; milk — 250 ml; vanilla — 1/2 tsp.
Melt the chocolate in a high-capacity, add the milk and vanilla. Promptly removing from the flame, bring it to a boil three times. Finally, whisk the chocolate mixture with a whisk.
8. Hot chocolate Bavaroise”
Ingredients: egg yolk — 3 PCs; milk — 200 ml sugar — 150 g; chocolate — 30 g; hot tea (strong) — 30 ml.
Melt the chocolate in hot milk and add tea. Separately, whisk the egg yolks with sugars. Then mix both masses and whisk thoroughly to form a foam. At the end you can add some vanilla.
9. Hot chocolate with coconut milk
Ingredients: milk — 200 ml coconut milk — 200 ml; milk chocolate — 100 g; 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix the two kinds of milk, bring the mixture to a boil and add sugar. Throw in the milk mass of chocolate pieces and stir the mass until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
